Our commitments on quality.
From the outset, Babybio has made a commitment to babies' futures by offering pure, environmentally friendly food made from recipes that taste homemade.
Babybio is thus subject to two sets of regulations, those for infant food and those for organic agriculture.
Babybio selects the geographic origin of its ingredients with care, preferring local producers. Babynat mainly uses French producers, in particular in the South West region. When this is not possible, it procures as often as possible from neighbouring European countries (Spain, Italy...).
Babybio is subject to the very strict specifications of child regulations. We demand high quality in the raw materials used in our products, and rigorous controls are carried out when they are received. For example, our poultry from Poitou Charente, which you will find (for example) in our Peas, Carrots and Free-range Poitou Duck Pouch, are raised outdoors following organic animal farming methods. We also attach particular importance to the nutritional properties of our ingredients.
Babybio is the only infant brand to state the origin of the ingredients on its jars, soups and dishes and does this for transparency to the consumer.
The origins indicated on the products do change due to our requirements in selecting producers and the difficulty of procuring organic raw materials.
Babybio encourages you to read our labels.
Babybio endeavours to set up sustainable relations with its producers and gives particular importance to the construction of organic supply chains so as to be as close as possible to the producers.
These recipes have no unnecessary additives.
For example, all our vegetables jars or fruit products have always been without added sugar*, without added salt and without thickeners.
These recipes are prepared according to paediatric recommendations.
Babybio contributes to nutritional and taste education from the child's first few months.

We adapt our recipes by removing the main recognised allergens (kiwi, celery...) and we endeavour as much as possible to offer milk, gluten and egg free
recipes so that every baby, depending on its predisposition to allergies, can benefit from tasty foods, nutritionally adapted to his needs.

Up to the age of 3, baby's body is immature, it is not capable of eliminating toxic substances.
Faced with baby's fragility, infant regulations set composition requirements.
By using ingredients from organic agriculture Babybio meets these requirements as naturally as possible whilst preserving the environment. In fact, organic agriculture remains the most natural way to avoid passing on toxic substances: the mode of production favours the use of natural fertilizers and the avoidance of synthetic chemicals. Moreover, all use of GMOs and GMO by-products is excluded. The organic production of Babybio products is guaranteed by the AB logo, the European logo and certification by Ecocert sas F-32600.
The quality of our products is our priority. As a result, this necessitates the careful choice of our packaging to select the containers
best suited for our recipes that will preserve all their qualities.
Therefore, before using any new packaging, we demand many guarantees from our suppliers,
and the ecological impact is also considered during any new product's development.
We have been working closely with our suppliers for years in order to improve our packaging and their environmental impact. We try our utmost to use recycled materials for our packaging. This is the situation with all our cardboard cases. You will recognise them with the small logo "printed on recycled cardboard".
We also apply this commitment to our communication tools, where we favour recycled media or 100% recyclables, as well as printing with vegetable-based ink. All our production sites have also comitted to an overall environmental approach that aims to limit the impact of our business and to optimise our resources. Finally, quality indicators allow us to monitor our environmental impact and to decrease it (waste rate generated in 1 year, water consumption measurement).
The employees are made aware of saving energy and recycling waste.
